Regular service and preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Our engineers will identify potential points of failure and perform essential maintenance to ensure that the manufacturing facility continues to operate by eliminating and correcting any problems.
TRAINING AND POST ASSISTANCE
The instructions can be provided from the customer or in our site at Rosta (TO). The training provides the skills, the knowledge to safely perform routine maintenance activities on the systems on our equipment, which may include periodic post-assistance contracted for 24 hours a day.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
All equipment supplied by PromeK includes a recommended spare parts list which identifies all the essential items that should be kept in stock. In addition, we assist in the identification and supply of any spare parts required for urgent maintenance or replacement.
